Ripe – Fruity – Complex

The grapes were carefully selected and handpicked early October to get maximum ripeness. They were then dried on the stalks for about 15 days, making them lose 50% of their weight. This method, called “Appassimento”, gives the wine its richness, complexity and characteristic notes of ripe fruits.

Ideal with roasted meats or mature and savoury hard cheeses. Or on its own with friends and family!
